SHIPPING POLICY
We are proud to offer UK wide shipping. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers excellent service.
How much is shipping?
We proudly offer free shipping for every order above £70 and we may also periodically offer free shipping at our own discretion. However if these products are to be returned the cost of returning the product will be paid by the customer .There are also some locations that will incur delivery charges. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. The total shipping charges for all your orders will be computed and shown upon checking out.
How do you ship packages?
Our packages are shipped from both UK and worldwide warehouses and are shipped through USPS or national post services.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We provide free shipping only in & around the UK. However, there are some locations that will incur delivery charges. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
Some of our products are shipped from warehouses in the UK .For any products shipped from outside of the UK , we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items has shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in UK.
How long does shipping take?

Our average sipping time is 5-10 working days however this may be extended to 15 working days depending on where item has been shipped from. Shorter shipping time if shipped from within UK and longer shipping time if shipped from outside of UK. We are happy to give you an estimated time once you have made an order.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is usually a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address therefore make sure you check your order before purchasing. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address and we will advise if we are able to correct this.
Lost/Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support through our contact page.
